New lease I had a great experience with Joe Riggsbee. I initially came in to have an older Honda car serviced. While I was in the showroom admiring the 2019 CRV I had a great experience with Joe Riggsbee. I initially came in to have an older Honda car serviced. While I was in the showroom admiring the 2019 CRV, Joe came over and asked about my interest in this car. I told him I was just looking at it. He invited me to sit inside and get the feel of the car. Both the front and rear cabins had plenty of room, much more than my HRV. I told him I would be back and when I was, I would come see him. About two months later I was back to test drive the car. Joe was there and took me on a test drive. I loved the car, and negotiated a contract that day. I picked up my car 5 days later and LOVE IT! I am becoming more comfortable each day with the features. There are so many! When I picked up the car, I couldn't have been happier. All paperwork was ready and organized. Joe demonstrated the many components and features of the car, right down to the finest detail. He is extremely knowledgeable about Honda automobiles and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. More

There was nothing but honest and open dialogue throughout the purchase and above all, Joe Riggsbee showed a genuine interest in what we were looking for in a vehicle and what we had budgeted as a monthly payment. My wife and I felt relaxed throughout the visit and that there was no pressure in making a decision - we felt in total control and comfortable about what we were doing.
