Family owned and family run business that you’ve always wanted to shop with. From start to… well their is no finish, they take care of their customers even after a sale. No crazy sales tactics or pushy staff. The guys their have been there for generations. Even the service shop is a daily affair. They care because it’s their family business. Not some huge corporation or some guy in a ivory tower. More

I went in for an oil change this morning . I was told that I also needed to replace my brakes, mind you I had purchased the vehicle about three months ago. I went over to the sales department and spoke that I also needed to replace my brakes, mind you I had purchased the vehicle about three months ago. I went over to the sales department and spoke with Matt, one of the two managers that listened too my problem. Matt went over to the service department and after a few minutes later he came back to me and reported the brake service will be on them no charge to me. A charge that would have cost me over $600.00. Thank you guys. More

I’ll make this plain and simple. Sales team is great! The service ends at the sales door. After that you won’t want to bring the vehicle back to Newins. The service department is the WORST!!! Carmine was excellent to work with!!! I had an overall wonderful experience at Newins!!! I couldn’t have asked for better!!! Carmine took excellent care of my Dad when he bought his truck 2 weeks ago. My wonderful experience at Newins!!! I couldn’t have asked for better!!! The Worst vehicle ownership experience that I have Ever had the Displeasure of experiencing! Repair, after Repair, after Repair! Warranty Issues, that to Literally MONTHS to Complete, WITHOUT any Loaner Ca had the Displeasure of experiencing! Repair, after Repair, after Repair! Warranty Issues, that to Literally MONTHS to Complete, WITHOUT any Loaner Car, and Without Any CARE about Transportation! Then when the Repairs were FINALLY Finished, they were done Incorrectly or the parts STILL FAILED!!!! Never EVER Again will I Ever get a Ford! More
