Extremely Satisfied Customer I was interested in a Toyota CH-R. After researching the vehicle online and asking a couple of different owners how they liked them, I went to Metro a I was interested in a Toyota CH-R. After researching the vehicle online and asking a couple of different owners how they liked them, I went to Metro and test drove one. I loved the car and was able to reach a fair deal with them very quickly, unlike other dealers where I've spent the whole day without coming to an amicable deal, only to be called days later with a new offer they could have tendered while I was there. They don't waste your time playing games, and I've always felt I was treated very fairly. I received a good offer for my old car and by trading it in, I saved on taxes on my new car and didn't have the hassle of selling my car to strangers. Jim Greenfield is extremely fair and knowledgeable, he is always honest and upfront, the same with Barry Greenfield and Jeremy McClish. I have sent several friends and family members to Metro, and every single person has been extremely pleased with their experience and thanked me for recommending Metro. More

Consistently letting me down So not to long ago I had a recall done on my 2010 Toyota Prius. The transistor had gone bad on me. So I had to spend $250 to get the vehicle towed to So not to long ago I had a recall done on my 2010 Toyota Prius. The transistor had gone bad on me. So I had to spend $250 to get the vehicle towed to metro Toyota in Brook Park. I was told the work would take two weeks. They where kind enough to give me a rental and not charge me while the work was getting done. After getting my car back I noticed one of the plastic covers for the regular car battery was missing. I keep it to myself and wasn't going to worry about it. Then about three weeks later the car showed a engine light and so I take it back in and they want to charge me about $500 to just run a diagnostic test. I was not happy and complained because it was showing the same signs of when the transistor was going bad. So they ended up charging me about $280 after I complain for two days about it. When I finally look at the paperwork for what was wrong they litterly had unplugged and plugged back in as the issue. What the xxxx, you just did recall work on my car and now your telling me the car wasn't put back together right and your going to charge me to fix your mess up! They had no comment for me. So now present day I had taken my car into the shop for 4 new tires and an oil change. They put three stem valve caps on and didn't put one on the fourth one. To top that off they never called me when the work was completed to pock the car up and this was on a saturday and I had to travel for the military that following Monday. Luckily when I got their the sales department was able to help me out. I am very tired of the costly maintenance and this metro Toyotas attention to detail and respect for my property. More

The service representatives answered any additional questions that I had. I have learned that the service representatives will go out of their way to help the customer feel at ease about service when it is needed. More

Fixed it right the first time. They will repair it right the first time. But it would be nice to have a repair recommendation without having to pay for it. For example, it cost $100 bucks to tell me what's wrong with the car then another 500 to fix it. How about fix it for $500 and not charge the $100 to tell me. More

Best car buying experience I've ever had I'd been looking for a used car to replace a car which is nearing the lease end. I decided on make and model. Metro had what I was looking for so I st I'd been looking for a used car to replace a car which is nearing the lease end. I decided on make and model. Metro had what I was looking for so I stopped in to check it out. I was met by Gary "Cap Capper. From the beginning he was honest and up front with everything. I was treat with the utmost respect. I feel I received the best deal on the car and repairs to the used car were done with out hesitation. I would highly recommend Gary and the entire dealership to all! More
