I got ripped off I went in with a check engine light. they diagnosed the problem to be the catalytic converter. they charged me $1000 for an aftermarked converter. I went in with a check engine light. they diagnosed the problem to be the catalytic converter. they charged me $1000 for an aftermarked converter. I researched the cost of this part and the most expensive one I could find was $500. so the dealership doubled the price of the part. after labor and taxes I was out $1500. I will never take my car to this dealership again. they are a rip off. More

Fabulous as always! I have been purchasing and leasing vehicles from Metro Toyota for years (don't want to admit how long. I leased a used Lexus a few years ago (still T I have been purchasing and leasing vehicles from Metro Toyota for years (don't want to admit how long. I leased a used Lexus a few years ago (still Toyota family) but continue to service it at Metro Toyota for the quality of their service department and the better pricing than the Lexus dealers. They always know what needs fixing, and only fix what needs fixing and don't ever try to sell you on things you don't need. In two words, Honesty and Integrity, is what I love about Metro Toyota. That is why I live up to their tag line and always send my friends to Metro! More
