Friendly staff, great service I have owned a Toyota Prius from 2008-2017 and bought a new one in 2017. Each car has had every maintenance appointment here! You're Not Alone I love how an assistant takes your information, walks you into the office and WAITS WITH YOU until a liaison is available. Then, you are invited into I love how an assistant takes your information, walks you into the office and WAITS WITH YOU until a liaison is available. Then, you are invited into the large, open waiting area where you have free coffee and pastry available (and more importantly - free wifi). (Of course, had I wanted a ride home, that would have been available, too, but why the hassle when waiting is such a chill experience.) The liaison comes to you with estimates before work is done, and then brings you back to his/her desk for payment. You only deal with two people who treat you with respect and deference. I love Metro. I will never go elsewhere. More
