I brought my car in for an evaluation of its problems. I had my 2005 Toyota Prius towed in because it been sitting unused for 8 to 10 months, and had a dead battery, dry-rotted tires, rusted out brakes, ru I had my 2005 Toyota Prius towed in because it been sitting unused for 8 to 10 months, and had a dead battery, dry-rotted tires, rusted out brakes, rusted coil spring and control arm, and a hole in the muffler. I learned the hard way not to let a car sit unused for any appreciable period of time - let alone this long - because of the ravages of rust. The cost of the repairs was beyond the likely resale price. I had it towed back in order to further evaluate my options. Joe Rogers could not have been more courteous, helpful, and pleasant to me, despite the fact that I would not be getting my car repaired. Metro Toyota therefore put my realistic customer needs as a car owner above its concern for profits, and accordingly increased my respect for it. I have been a happy and satisfied customer in the past, was again this time, and will be a returning customer in the future, should the occasion arise. I heartily recommend the integrity and service of Joe Rogers and Metro Toyota. More

Good timely service but very overpriced We were charged $99.00 to look at a door which they stated required a $500.00 part. We got 4 new tires a battery and rear brakes they charged a ridicu We were charged $99.00 to look at a door which they stated required a $500.00 part. We got 4 new tires a battery and rear brakes they charged a ridiculous amount for the service. While standing in line I could see into an office and on a white board there were written numbers showing profit and Service Dept Goals. They clearly profited greatly from our visit. Don’t get me wrong they were quick and professional and I have peace of mind the work was done right but the prices were SKY HIGH!!! More

I love my 2005 Camry and want to keep it as long as I can! More
