Could be better I bought a brand new car from Joyce Honda recently. From the start, once you walk-in, there is no one to greet you or ask if you need help. My first t I bought a brand new car from Joyce Honda recently. From the start, once you walk-in, there is no one to greet you or ask if you need help. My first time in, I was standing there for 15-20 mins till I got fed up and went and asked someone for assistance. Everyone is too busy to even make eye contact with the customer. Even after the deal was done, the whole process lacked experience. I would have not gotten certain essential documents if I didn't know the car buying process already. Even the window sticker sheet was not handed properly. The car manual was not supplied. The loan was applied at one rate and on day of delivery, they change the rate. I stood my ground and then they went back and after an hour got me my earlier rate. This would be my first and last Honda. More
