I FELT LIKE QUEEN FOR A DAY This was my first experience purchasing a Toyota at bredemanns, in park ridge, my salesman, SYED HUSSAIN, as well as, staff, and service dept. went ab This was my first experience purchasing a Toyota at bredemanns, in park ridge, my salesman, SYED HUSSAIN, as well as, staff, and service dept. went above and beyond. They answered all of our questions, were knowledgeable, helpful, and very attentive. The dealership is very well run and organized. We were very Impressed. We are COMPLETELY SATISFIED. WE WILL BE PURCHASING ALL OUR TOYOTAS AT BREDEMANNS IN THE FUTURE; as well as family and friends The service dept had a separate area for customers and offered a wonderful Selection of coffees, hot chocolate, and donuts. Excellent service provided by Mike Cooper . I had electrical issue in my 2016 Toyota took it to dealership close to my house but they could not find a problem . I called my sales person and he . I called my sales person and he recommended That I should address my issue with Mike the service manager at Bredemann.. after making my appointment I got a call next day the problem has been found and parts are on order . I pick up my car cleaned and fixed properly . I highly recommend this dealership for all your service needs ,my experience was excellent . More

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I’ve been getting my 4Runner serviced at Bredemann Toyota in Park Ridge for years (great service department!), but have never purchased a vehicle at B I’ve been getting my 4Runner serviced at Bredemann Toyota in Park Ridge for years (great service department!), but have never purchased a vehicle at Bredemann until this weekend. Wonderful experience – spoke in advance of my visit to the dealership to Dave Lurie, who provided price information on 2018 RAV4s. From the time I walked into the Bredemann dealership, I was treated with courtesy and respect. Was not pushed into buying more vehicle than I wanted and could afford, and did not feel rushed to make a decision despite the fact that the dealership was busy with many other customers. All of my questions were answered, and I felt that Dave was working in my best interest – making sure I knew all of the key features of the 2 models of RAV4s that I was reviewing (LE and XLE), price differences, color availability. Got a fair price for my trade-in, plus Customer Cash. This is a great time to buy a 2018 vehicle, as it’s the model year end. Everybody on the sales floor at Bredemann was friendly and helpful, and I actually enjoyed my time at this dealership. Not the usual ‘swimming with the sharks’ feeling that you get at many other dealerships. Dave worked to ensure that I got the vehicle I wanted for a very fair price, and Tran Nguyen (Business Manager) walked me through all of the financial details in a thorough and helpful manner. This was a large purchase for me and the first time I’ve purchased a car on my own. Bredemann Toyota exceeded my expectations of how I would be treated at a car dealer. After many negative car buying experiences in the past, this was a very refreshing change. Would definitely buy a car from Bredemann again, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you buy a vehicle from Bredemann! More

Looked up Bredemann Toyota on the internet and saw some great clearance pricing on 2018 Rav 4's.Made an appointment through Yuri and met with Syed Hussain at the dealership. He was wonderful, showing me the differences between the two Rav 4's I picked out. Very honest and upfront about pricing between the two suvs and what I really needed in a suv that fit in my price range. I was very happy with the whole experience and would recommend Syed Hussain as one of your best sales consultants. More

Auto Repair Ripoff My car needed a sensor, I told the advisor exactly which one. He told me that they would need to run a scan for $200 to verify. I then told him I di My car needed a sensor, I told the advisor exactly which one. He told me that they would need to run a scan for $200 to verify. I then told him I did not want to do the scan or repair if it was not under warranty. They called me later to say the scan verified it was the sensor and it was not under warranty. So instead of checking to see if the part was under warranty first, he decided to go ahead and run the test so the dealership could charge me $200. When I complained they wouldn't refund the money but were willing to take it off the cost of the repair which was $500. When I had the repair done elsewhere the cost was $300. The reality is they jacked up the repair price by $200 so they would keep all the money More

Of course there have been glitches during this many years, but they are always handled with the utmost of courtesy and satisfaction. We have purchased both new and used vehicles ... some paid in full ... some financed ... some leased ... and always with a price we considered fair and competitive. If it's possible to have "ma and pa" service in a BIG operation, The Bredemann "family" has done it. They "get it". More

Great Service My husband and I purchased a used vehicle in the beginning of November. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Tom Vosnos, the sales consultant. H My husband and I purchased a used vehicle in the beginning of November. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Tom Vosnos, the sales consultant. He was very friendly and helpful. Although we were going back and forth about which car we wanted and asked a lot of questions, he was very patient and made sure he answered all of our questions. He made the whole process a lot more easier for us. He has also sent us a follow up email to make sure we were satisfied with our car. Great customer service. Then we saw Jesus Padin, from the finance department. He did a great job taking us through all of the paperwork. He was very efficient and friendly as well. It was past their closing time and he still made sure that we had everything done correctly and we did not feel rushed at all. I also had to go back to the dealership to have my remote starter installed. The service consultants, Joe Sanchez and Omar Barajas, assisted me during this time. They were also very friendly and professional. Everyone we encountered at this dealership made this whole process a pleasant experience. We are very happy with our purchase and can't thank everyone enough for their great help. More
