Joe was super attentive to my service and on top of things. I have a taillight ordered that should come in so waiting to hear from Joe on that. I’d like to call out Frank who greeted me and took care of my requests which were many. Very cheerful and most helpful as I almost forgot my backpack but he reminded me. Also many thanks to the Tech Phillip Montoya who I don’t get to see or thank personally. I kept him very busy on Tuesday. Appreciate his hard work and attention to detail with my service in my Tacoma. Overall I enjoy coming to your location for service. I feel welcome and I have comfortable place to sit and work as I need to. Wi-Fi is very good..as is the coffee machine f. Thank you for supplying these for those us that need to wait for service. I've been going to Toyota of Santa Fe for about 15 years and have never had a bad experience with their service department.
