Amazingly Friendly Staff! Just bought my 2018 Dodge Charger from Joe Segreti and Jorge! Robert in Finance got us in and out with the paperwork, we handled all the details before we even arrived at the dealership which made the purchase even faster! Franklin greeted us when we came to pick up our car and was extremely friendly offering us snacks and refreshments. The next day at 7am when my brain starts working I had a few questions that I knew I would forget if I didn't ask someone right away. Joe in service was there to answer any and all questions I had quickly and knowledgeably! Thank you all for yet another amazing car purchase and as always I will send my friends and family in. Financing Bait and Switch, Internet pricing not honored This is a long line of negative reviews for this dealership. I was dealing with a point of contact through the dealerships internet sales department a This is a long line of negative reviews for this dealership. I was dealing with a point of contact through the dealerships internet sales department and was expecting to deal with this person. I e-mailed and confirmed my total out the door price with this point of contact as I had to take a taxi to the dealership due to my vehicle being inoperable. In emphasized this when I was speaking with the rep because I needed to pick up the vehicle and go and on the agreed on price, specifically that I was going to be using my own financing. The rep agreed to this. However, when I got there, the sale was passed onto another a floor rep who didn't have any idea of what was agreed to. He confirmed with the internet rep of what the agreed price was, but kept pushing that we should finance with the dealership instead. I told them no. It wasn't what I agreed to and they weren't going to change the deal now. His manager comes out and says he will save me money by financing with them. I said I'm not interested and there was a financial interest for him to meet a quote every month to steer customers to their own financing. The manager lied and said that wasn't the case, then finally said that it was true that his dealership did get money if he could get customers to switch to them. He then said that the rebates were reliant on financing with them which wasn't what the internet rep said and their quote didn't include. It was more of the same where dealerships screw you over so they can make an extra buck for something they aren't allowed to do. He became belligerent when I wouldn't accept the offer and called him out on his nonsense which he said he would call me a taxi to leave. This was all because a $500 difference in price a rep agreed to and the manager was trying to recoup by forcing me to finance with them. Be prepared for deals not being honored at this location which is apparent by the other reviews of the dealership. Stay clear! More

They had me out in my new truck in less than 3 hours which is great if you have every purchased a car before you know usually the process is much longer. I strongly recommend Dupage More

We knew what we wanted when we walked in and were disappointed when the manufacturer didn't offer the option we required. Bob quickly presented an alternative option and stayed after hours to ale sure we were completely satisfied. He even went above and beyond to address one item with service, a week or two later. Shop at DuPage and ask for Bob Williams. He's experienced and will make sure you drive away happy! More

Shakier Start but Fantastic Finish My husband and I were in the market to purchase a new 2017 RAM 1500. We started at a dealership down the street but thankfully ended up at DuPage Dodg My husband and I were in the market to purchase a new 2017 RAM 1500. We started at a dealership down the street but thankfully ended up at DuPage Dodge. We pulled up at was immediately acknowledged by Little Joe who researched inventory and lined up our test drives. We decided on a Bighorn model and we were trading in another vehicle. Little Joe took care of us and the back & forth with finance & sales manager until we agreed upon a price for both the New Vehicle and the pay off on the trade in value. We were also sold a Mopar Warranty by the finance guy but he wrote up a contract on a different warranty then we agreed upon. I was able to call into the dealership and Bobby & Jerry were able to get contract reissued with correct Warranty at the price I was quoted which was a great savings. Then Julie the Finance Manager was able to work her magic and ensure processing of paperwork and pay off of our trade-in was completed timely so that we would not incur any further payments on the trade-in. This portion of the transaction took attention to detail and a lot of follow up from Joe the General Manager and Julie Stracke who saw the transaction through to completion keeping me informed every step of the way. I’m grateful to the staff at DuPage Dodge for their customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to provide a timely and transparent vehicle purchasing experience. I would definitely recommend DuPage Dodge to others looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

Better service this time. I bought my Wrangler here and although the first experience was not the best working with Joe was much better.
