Great Dealership! I purchased a new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and was delighted with the way I was treated at this dealership. I was introduced to the dealership by Bre I purchased a new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and was delighted with the way I was treated at this dealership. I was introduced to the dealership by Bret Matthews, who had Joe Segreti and Mike Cavanagh identify what I wanted and needed. And they were very fair in terms of the sale. Julie in finance closed the deal and each of them were wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend this dealership. To be sure, I will be returning to purchase additional vehicles. More

Ownership really seems to have done some magic with Team! Bought several Jeeps at a dealership in Skokie and followed Staff who went to Dupage. Donnie K was in sales then and is now a finance guy. Marco re Bought several Jeeps at a dealership in Skokie and followed Staff who went to Dupage. Donnie K was in sales then and is now a finance guy. Marco recently joined Dupage and he is the best service advisor. Frank Frank did all the data work then the guys in the Tower did their thing and I got my new Durango SRT in less than one hour. That was about 90 days ago and this past Saturday I went and got Nitro fill and an oil change. Marco treated me like family and took care of everything. I was glad to see he was part of the team. It was a very pleasant service visit. Great people, clean and modern building. I live in Chicago but drive 40 minutes for all purchases and Service.. More

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT I SAW A JEEP ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR $17,040 WHEN I MADE IT THERE THE PRICE WAS 19995, AND THEY WANTED ME TO FINANCE THROUGH THEN TO GET THAT PRICE. I TO I SAW A JEEP ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR $17,040 WHEN I MADE IT THERE THE PRICE WAS 19995, AND THEY WANTED ME TO FINANCE THROUGH THEN TO GET THAT PRICE. I TOLD THEM THAT I WAS PAYING CASH, AND DIDN'T WANT TO FINANCE, THEY WANTED ME TO FINANCE WITH THEM FOR ONE MONTH AND PAY THE JEEP OFF THEN. IT WAS NEVER THE PRICE THEY HAD ON THEIR WEBSITE. WHEN I CALLED I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS THE SALE PRICE, AND TO COME TO THE DEALERSHIP IN GLENDALE HEIGHTS. SO DON'T BELIEVE WHAT THIS DEALERSHIP POST ON THEIR WEBSITE BECAUSE IT IS JUST TO GET YOU TO COME IN. SO I LEFT WITHOUT THE JEEP. AND WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE. More

Amazing service I bought a brand new truck from them and with less than 30 miles on it there was an issue unfortunately the issue was on a Sunday when they are close I bought a brand new truck from them and with less than 30 miles on it there was an issue unfortunately the issue was on a Sunday when they are closed the manager had given me his cell number in case they ever had any issues I text him telling him sorry to bother him on a Sunday but also giving him the heads up that I was having an issue with the car I was broken down on the side of the road he took it upon himself on his day off to get me roadside assistance within an hour have the truck towed back to his dealer where he met me to open the garage door so my truck Could be put inside till Monday morning You just don’t find this kind of service anymore More

Regretful experience WARNING #1 - ONLINE SALES PRICES ARE ARTIFICIAL - They use a very deceptive online marketing tactic to lure unsuspecting “victims” into their trap...e WARNING #1 - ONLINE SALES PRICES ARE ARTIFICIAL - They use a very deceptive online marketing tactic to lure unsuspecting “victims” into their trap...eh, I mean store. If you use their pricing calculator on their website, you are put under the impression that they are the best and most competitively priced dealership in Illinois, however once you get to the store, all of the savings go down the drain. When I asked my salesperson, Matt, about the difference, he stated that they apply every available rebate and incentive offered by the manufacturer (e.g., AARP, military, union, etc.) which, in fact, is very deceptive because in some cases, incentives and rebates may not be compounded to increase savings. WARNING #2 - IF YOU ARE EAST INDIAN, STAY AWAY. The worst part of it all is that my salesperson, Matt, knew that I am of East Indian origin before he shared with me stories about how dealing with Indians was always such a “drag” and how they always “expected to leave the store with a $100 a month car payment”. If that wasn’t bad enough, he was using this as some sort of comparative analysis to illustrate how easy it was to work with me - he actually thought this was a kind gesture, which is even more disturbing. WARNING #3 DO NOT RING THE BELL UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED - because once you do, that is where customer service ends. After my wife and I rang the “I was fooled in to buying from DuPage” bell, our salesperson, Matt, was nowhere to be found. In my experience, with even a marginally higher quality dealership, the salesperson typically sits with you after the negotiations to help you understand nexts steps in the purchase, walk you through the features of your new vehicle, etc. Let me bare witness to the fact there was NONE of that. Rather, it was - sit here for 2 hours while we “prep” your vehicle and by the way you have access to our premium coffee that tastes like it was grown in the basement of a car garage. After “prepping” was done - out the door you go. They paired us up with another salesperson that was attempting to walk us through the features but, let me tell you something, I don’t think she would’ve known any better than my 5 year-old. WARNING #4 DO NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT THE QUALITY OF YOUR SERVICE - the assistant GM will play his tiny violin while you lament and give you his most “heart-felt” apologizes clamoring on about how he “could NEVER believe” that his staff would act in such and manner and how this will “get taken care of RIGHT AWAY!” Just a huge waste of time with no results. All-in-all, the below is a summary of reasons why you should avoid shopping at DuPage: - Management encourages a churn and burn culture with no sensitivity to ethnicity or race - The sales staff is poorly trained and has no regard for quality in customer service - Quality management overall is lacking and there seems to be a lack of genuine care by management - Their marketing tactics are deceiving and dishonest Stay away. never believe the price on the internet I was quoted a internet price by David H, along with an email with the advertised internet price. Twenty four hours later the price jumped $4000.00 . I called David and he said that was a mistake by jeep, and after emailing me the lower price , he would not agree to the lower price. So don't believe everything they say and send you, because they wont stand behind their word More
