Overall did not have a great experience. Happy with my vehicle but We left more frustrated than excited. The manager was rude when telling me my price point was “absolutely ridiculous” I said I didn’t lov vehicle but We left more frustrated than excited. The manager was rude when telling me my price point was “absolutely ridiculous” I said I didn’t love the used wrangler I test drove enough to pay that much for it but after talking to joe I wanted to see what the price range would be for a lease and the manager came back with “you said you didn’t love the wranglers enough so now you do?” I do understand that it’s a busy dealership but I felt like we were just a number and a burden the entire time. After we agreed on pricing and paid the down payment we waited in the lounge for over 2 hours to sign paperwork!! No other customers were in that office the entire two hours we waited. We finally got the keys but no one took the time to explain anything about the vehicle, show us the service area or anything where we would come back to. More
