Far better than I expected or was accustomed to. Highly recommended for a great experience. Little things that show they went the extra mile. They paid the $15 for deposit for credit union. Full tank of gas included. Fill my own in Germantown. They got cheaper financing than even Kia offered as special. Very knowledgeable sales rep. They don't up upcharge on sticker price. In these busy times they take nothing for granted. More
