About a year and a half ago we bought a car from Joe at Royal Lexus. During the transaction we obtained his cell phone number. We have called him to set up service numerous times and had it scheduled with Royal Lexus. During the transaction we obtained his cell phone number. We recently contacted him again because we are in the beginning stages of needing another vehicle and we found out he isn’t even at Lexus anymore. He would contact Lexus to set up our service for us instead of sending us to them! We would have never guessed he was at another location! He is so accommodating!
