Spencer is awesome we just bought our 4th car from him. We went into Royal a few years ago and this young man was the first smiling face we had seen all day( other dealerships ). He understood my frustrati We went into Royal a few years ago and this young man was the first smiling face we had seen all day( other dealerships ). He understood my frustration at the time and did all he could to put our minds at ease. We ended up accomplishing what we had set out to do that day, which we could have not do e without Spencer. We went back to Spencer about a year later as our needs had changed and again he went far beyond to take care of us. Today we made it a family affair as we went back to Spencer with another need this time for our daughter and again Spencer went far beyond and worked very hard to help her get what she needed . Spencer is like family at this point I don't think I will go to another salesmen ever, if for reason Spencer were to leave the royal dealership I would follow him to his next location if he is still selling cars. More
