Spenser was great! This was our second new 2026 vehicle we purchased in nine months from him. When we finished the 2026 Canyon AT4 purchase my wife inquired on a vehicle that caught her eye even though she wasn't planning to buy another one. He planted the seed that day and my wife regularly talked about it. To make a long story short, she bought a 2026 Terrain Denali and is smiling from ear to ear !!! Great Job Spencer. probably won't need another one for a few years with 2 new ones in the garage. More

Spencer is awesome we just bought our 4th car from him. We went into Royal a few years ago and this young man was the first smiling face we had seen all day( other dealerships ). He understood my frustration at the time and did all he could to put our minds at ease. We ended up accomplishing what we had set out to do that day, which we could have not do e without Spencer. We went back to Spencer about a year later as our needs had changed and again he went far beyond to take care of us. Today we made it a family affair as we went back to Spencer with another need this time for our daughter and again Spencer went far beyond and worked very hard to help her get what she needed . Spencer is like family at this point I don't think I will go to another salesmen ever, if for reason Spencer were to leave the royal dealership I would follow him to his next location if he is still selling cars. More
