Overall, I had a great experience. The entire staff at Mazda in Catonsville was very friendly (even the manager) and always remained professional throughout the entire process. I picked out my vehicle online (my third Mazda, so I already knew what I was purchasing). I also competed my pre-approval online prior to coming that way I could save myself time with having to be at the dealership for hours going through the kind dreadful process of buying/leasing a vehicle, but I still feel like I ended up being there a lot longer than I would have liked (over two hours). I guess I was expecting everything to be ready when I walked in the door, and all I would have had to do at that point was sign the necessary documents and be on my way. More
