Overall, I had a great experience. The entire staff at Mazda in Catonsville was very friendly (even the manager) and always remained professional throughout the entire process. My only complaint was the Mazda in Catonsville was very friendly (even the manager) and always remained professional throughout the entire process. My only complaint was the wait time. I picked out my vehicle online (my third Mazda, so I already knew what I was purchasing). I also competed my pre-approval online prior to coming that way I could save myself time with having to be at the dealership for hours going through the kind dreadful process of buying/leasing a vehicle, but I still feel like I ended up being there a lot longer than I would have liked (over two hours). I guess I was expecting everything to be ready when I walked in the door, and all I would have had to do at that point was sign the necessary documents and be on my way. More
