To preface my review, I'd like to state that I've purchased vehicles from nearly ten dealerships. My sales rep Jimmy, along with the finance staff at Elco made this my best car buying experience yet, purchased vehicles from nearly ten dealerships. My sales rep Jimmy, along with the finance staff at Elco made this my best car buying experience yet, hands down. At no time during my evening there did I feel pressured. All pertinent information was relayed to me in a clear and concise way, while maintaining a relaxed, but professional manner. After I decided to purchase the vehicle I eventually drove home in, paperwork was signed and completed in less than an hour. I will be referring everyone I can to Elco, as I'm confident that the staff will be as welcoming and warm with anyone who walks through the doors as they were with me.
