Scott was so cordial to us both on the phone and in person and put us with Joe who took us on a test drive in the Honda Odyssey and then took all our information etc. in preparation for a sale. They both were so courteous and kind, answered our questions and were very efficient in closing the sale with the extra added attraction of taking our Toyota in trade!!
