I started in the industry because I have always been fascinated by cars and racing. I also love meeting new people and getting to know my customers personally. I love my dogs and cats(I have 3 of each) and my horse. The best part of my job is helping customers have a great Honda ownership experience! Stop on by! I'd love to meet you!

Scheduled service, trailer it in, 2016 civic turbo, already knew what the problem was, needed head gasket replacement diagnosed previously by HK. $3800. Crappy design motor Get an update, turbo is dis already knew what the problem was, needed head gasket replacement diagnosed previously by HK. $3800. Crappy design motor Get an update, turbo is disintegrated, need a new one 3200 additional, agreed to pay the $7,000 hesitantly. The technician digs deeper into the motor, supposedly finds shavings in the oil, was told not feasible to rebuild, need a new engine $15,000 used $17,000 new. Car's not worth it, told the service advisor to pack up ALL my parts and put them in the trunk, get it off the lift because I know they're busy. He agreed right thing to do. Came in the next day to buy a new car, (service advisor's day off paperwork wouldn't be ready till the next day per email ). Talk to a salesman which showed me my car on the rack still. Engine parts strewn across the floor, decided right then and there I wasn't buying a car from them. Showed up the next day paid the $1,700 to get my car. Go to my car wait for the tow truck, look for my parts in my car, no parts, went back inside and demanded my parts for my car, it came here as a full car it's leaving as a full car. Service advisor scampered around trying to find my parts which were laying on the floor still. Ask for my ignition coils, service technician must have them locked in his toolbox per service advisor, along with the crank pulley? serpentine belt tensioner? Carporter not the service tech he went and hid from me, had to box them all up for me of what we could find, most definitely still missing parts. Granted maybe the motor is toast, but to throw your car out the back door with no care, per my Instructions. I'm glad I didn't buy a new car from there, only if I could of saved the other seven people that I sent there that bought new cars from a seedy dealership. Still pissed More
