The finance person, Dave was also terrific explaining all my options to me with no added pressure. I will be back to purchase my next vehicle from Volvoville and I would recommend this dealership to anyone, they are top notch. Excellent experience. More

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! I purchased my first car in 1966 and all purchases since have been like going to the dentist. You have to go but you really don't want to. I responded to a number of internet specials from three dealers on used XC70's and as suggested on each web site submitted offers. From 2 dealers I received a form e-mail inviting me for a test drive. However, I received a phone call from Joe Vitale at Volvoville who thanked me for the bid but could not meet that price. I told him I was still interested and we came to an agreement contingent on test drive and inspection of vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership Joe showed me the car and I test drove. Seeing the car in person, I noticed a number of cosmetic issues primarily scratches on door and rear bumper. Joe gave me all the time I needed to look the car over and waited in his office not standing next to me with high pressure tactics. I told Joe thanks but no thanks. At this point he checked with his general manager and said he would repair the items in question. I agreed and arranged to come back in a week to finalize the deal. The night before I was due back in, Joe called to say that the car was ready and that they also repainted the whole hood because he had noticed some additional "nicks". When I arrived the next day I still wasn't sure if I would buy the vehicle but to my delight and amazement the car looked showroom new. They really stood by what they promised and followed through. Joe Vitale was the epitome of professionalism in his selling me this car. I live 2 hours from this dealership and believe me the ride was worth it! More

I have been working with Joe Vitale for 25 years and hope to be working with him 25 more. My first car was purchased right out of college and now I am looking for one for my daughter who will be going to col to be working with him 25 more. My first car was purchased right out of college and now I am looking for one for my daughter who will be going to college. I have owned 8 Volvos to date my newest with 22 miles on it and my oldest which I still drive has 285K. More

From my first call in to my trip to Long Island was an unusual transaction as I'm from out of state and found the car I wanted online at Volvoville. From my first call in to my trip to Long Island to purchase the car, Joe was a pleasure. He was honest and well informed, and had a very low-key approach with a nice sense of humor. He worked through the complications of this transaction and made the deal as effortless as if I lived around the corner. I highly recommend Joe if you're interested in a Volvo. More
