I just had the pleasure of buying a Subaru Forester from World Subaru. I had put this off for a long time because of dealership anxiety, but the team at World Subaru made the process very painless. Out of state buyers beware! During the close of the sale in July, their finance manager Michael told us the fee out of state registration and title is $500. When I questioned it During the close of the sale in July, their finance manager Michael told us the fee out of state registration and title is $500. When I questioned it, knowing it shouldn't be more than $200, Michael told me that they charge a flat $500 to every out of state purchase because some states cost more than others, and that we should most likely receive a check back for the difference of the actual cost. Four months later, still no check so I started calling and emailing to try and find out why. After a couple weeks, thir GM Joe finally replied and said thir cost was $500 exactly. Apparently the company they used TnT title & tags, charges $250 for the registration and $250 for a service fee. This is obsurd. Talking with Haldeman Subaru in Trenton, they only charge $225, and said you most likely would get some back as most PA registration and titles only cost about $150. They said it's illegal to profit off Pa registration, however someone at World Subaru knows TNT is and doesn't seem to care. Also to note, they charge $699 for doc fees at World, where other dealers like Haldeman are about $400-450. More

Ron Graybush who did the financial end, and made things easy to understand. Tara Mullins, who helps make a senior understand the workings of the car, and you don't feel incompetent. Mike Lomazzo who got me thinking about getting my lease now, and helping me with the details. Of course, there is Joe Wajda who works with me every time, and is kind to me. He helps me with the final decision. If you are interested in a Subaru, this is the place I highly recommend. You won't be disappointed. More

Crooked dealer. I ordered a car, had an agreement in writing with a salesman, who is a very nice guy, and the salesman sold my reserved car to someone else, without I ordered a car, had an agreement in writing with a salesman, who is a very nice guy, and the salesman sold my reserved car to someone else, without my permission, at a time when cars were in high demand. The salesman made no attempt to call me to see if I did not want the car. He just sold it. The salesman's manager Mike was unbelievably rude to me and insulted me on the phone. He made no attempt to make ammends. I was then on the hook to pay at least $5000 more for another vehicle, because the cost of of Subarus and deliveries increased from the time I ordered. I left multiple messages for Joe Weda who supposedly runs the place. He never replied. Radio silence. On the car I leased with them, 3 years before this incident, the salespeople put on multiple charges for insurances I didn't want, need, or agree to. This place talks nice and then rips you off, however they can. If this was an honest mistake by the salesman, then the dealership should have and would have made ammends with me by getting me another vehicle at the same cost and eating their own mistake. The manager Mike flat out refused to do anything, and this was after my entire family leased with this dealership for years, including myself. Stay away! I went to Englewood and had a very positive experience. Told them all about what happened, and they agreed, when you smell a skunk, it's a skunk. More
