Finally, Nicole Sciamarellu, Delivery Coordinator, sat with me in my new car and went over everything I needed to know. Car shopping is usually so stressful and this was honestly easier than shopping for a special occasion dress! More

I did mist of my price negotiation through email and telephone. I spoke with my salesperson (Rich) and the manager (Joe). Both were extremely helpful and friendly. Rich was informative and punctual in his follow-up, Overall the dealership gave me the price that I wanted with very little haggling. The car was ready for me when I go to the dealership and I was in and out in under an hour. During my visit, the finance manager was helpful and not pushy as most are to add on additional services/coverages.. After the purchase was complete, the dealership provided a dedicated person (Tara) to review the cars features. Tara was very informative, patient and friendly. She answered all of our questions and did provided her contact information for follow-up questions More

The back-up camera and map in the navigation system are large and clear. We had previously leased a Subaru so I had expected that. The amazing part was that the whole experience of choosing and buying the car was so easy and pleasant. Everyone we dealt with was efficient and conscientious, but also treated us like family. Joe Wajda has created a wonderful customer-oriented atmosphere throughout the dealership. We had worked with Girsh Berman a few years ago when we leased our last Subaru so he is our salesperson of choice. We knew he would do a good job for us. He found us just the car we wanted, color, features (I really wanted the sunroof) without trying to sell us anything we didn't want. He made suggestions without pushing anything. The locator found our car and immediately sent someone to pick it up for us so we could have it that day.. We had to leave to attend a family event but made arrangements to come back later to handle financing and insurance. Kristen, who handled the paper work, was charming and efficient at the same time, not always easy to do. Girsh called our insurance company and emailed them the necessary paperwork so we were good to go. Then Nicole thoroughly explained the features of our new car, stressing we could call if we had any questions. The following Monday Girsh and Ali Mendez both called to make sure we were happy and didn't have any concerns. We are happy and highly recommend World Subaru. More

Above and Beyond! I had an amazing experience at World Subaru! George was amazing, had the cars I was interested in already pulled up for when I arrived(I had emailed t I had an amazing experience at World Subaru! They went above and beyond for me, stayed past closing and I couldn't be happier in my Subaru Forester. Tara helped me with all of the tech in the car, pairing my phone and showing me all of the features. Also a huge shout out to Joe Wajda- Thank you for all you did for me. All in all, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. It was quick, painless and resulted in me walking out with an suv that has everything I could have ever wished for.
