Everything was done when we picked up her new car. Walked in, signed, and left within 30 minutes. He even set her phone up with Bluetooth in her car. Now this was not an easy task, as my mother is in her 70's, and isn't too sure about change or the technology. Once Joe was done with showing her the hands-free option, she was smiling. Job well done Joe. Thank you for everything. One last important point is we live 40 minutes away from this dealership and continue to go back there because of Joe Walker. More
