Our daughter loves her GOLF, my husband loved our Tourarag and I loved my 2014 Tiguan so much that I recently leased a 2017 Tiguan. Joe Walker contacted me a few months before the expiration of my lease to tell me all about the brand new Atlas SUV. He invited me to an open house to view and test drive the new member of the VW family. As soon as an Atlas arrived in his stock, Joe called me that day and encouraged me to check it out. He knew that I was thinking about something bigger than a Tiguan. I drove the Atlas and enjoyed it but was worried that it wouldn't fit in my garage alongside our other cars. Joe encouraged me to drive the Atlas home to see if it fit! I did just that and discovered that the Atlas was too big...we'd be shimmying in between cars every day! Alas, when I returned the Atlas, I went straight away back to a Tiguan--a car I loved. Joe anticipated that direction and had a wonderful Tiguan all ready and waiting for me. THIS sort of customer service is impressive and refreshing...Above and beyond and then some! More

I am a long time VW enthusiast and I am almost always frustrated that the The salesperson that I woked with was Joe Walker. This guy KNOWS his VWs. I am a long time VW enthusiast and I am almost always frustrated that the salesperson knows less than I do about the available trims and what can be optioned and what can't. This was NOT the case with Joe. He was all over the details and made the decision process amongst trim levels almost effortless. I also worked with Jennifer in finance on the lease. She took extra time (that she did not have) to make sure that we got the right lease on the right terms. It would have been so easy for her to let us go with a 48 month lease to save a few bucks onthe payment but she took the time to show us how the 36 month lease lined up better with the vehicle warranty and even helped us with some advice on how to get our credit score up so on the next lease we'd be able to swing an even better deal. I Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for any of the brands they sell - more importantly, i'll be back soon to lease another car when our lease is up. This team ROCKS! More

I had some financial hardships over the past year. My lease was coming to an end and I was under the assumption I would be forced to terminate my lease and go to a less than desirable dealership. Joe Walker was so accommodating and understanding. He made some phone calls and got me into a beautiful new car with the same payment I was making on my previous lease. The majority of the paperwork was done when I got there and everything was so smooth and painfree. I am, and always will be, a very loyal customer to Ganley of Bedford. More
