Loved working with Joe I found 2 cars online at this dealership to look at, when I arrived I had an appointment with Joe. I appreciated that the cars were pulled up and ready to go when I got there, Joe explained them to me, put tags on and away I went to test drive. Joe was very patient and kind, not pushy at all. I also appreciated that as a woman buying a car he spoke to me as an equal,not like I was ignorant as some male salesmen often do. I would definitely consider buying another car with him in the future. I also appreciated being kept updated by text message before, during and after the sale by Joe. The only thing I did not care for was how pushy the finance lady was - she was too lax with her presentation, overly friendly and would not take no for an answer when I turned down the extra options they were selling, demanding I explain to her why I didn't think that I needed those extra services. More
