I have been with VW for 27+ years. I have done all facets of the job on the sales side( sales, internet manager, used car manager, new car managerand General sales manager). I have been at Ganley Bedford Imports for 17 years. I love the VW product. My family has owned or leased 20 VW's. My favorite VW of all time is the GTI model!!!! I have been married 20 years to my wife. I have 2 daughters and a English Bulldog named Lola( AKA Grolo, Lolacababacakes, bad girl). I was a 4 year letter winner for Hiram College Soccer and a 1997 graduate of Hiram College. In my spare time: I love to be with my family, play soccer, run, watch and listen to music. A fair / average experience. Fair customer service - not above average by any means. Poor / slow follow through on some end of sale items that required several extra follow ups. Would not recommend. Howard above average by any means. Poor / slow follow through on some end of sale items that required several extra follow ups. Would not recommend. We have just purchased our 2nd VW GTI from Joe and Ganley VW. Joe has been amazing, he stuck with me through all my questions and concerns. He was amazing when I decided, after applying for credit and scheduling a pick up time, to cancel at the very last minute due to Corona virus and its impact on the markets.
