I have been with VW for 27+ years. I have done all facets of the job on the sales side( sales, internet manager, used car manager, new car managerand General sales manager). I have been at Ganley Bedford Imports for 17 years. I love the VW product. My family has owned or leased 20 VW's. My favorite VW of all time is the GTI model!!!! I have been married 20 years to my wife. I have 2 daughters and a English Bulldog named Lola( AKA Grolo, Lolacababacakes, bad girl). I was a 4 year letter winner for Hiram College Soccer and a 1997 graduate of Hiram College. In my spare time: I love to be with my family, play soccer, run, watch and listen to music. Purchased 2018 VW Jetta. Joe Walker made the purchase extremely easy and fair. He was professional and kind. 3 weeks and dont have my 2nd key, sales guy very inexpierienced and car was not clean on inside and once i drove off they didnt seem to care about finding my key or finishing there part of the deal inexpierienced and car was not clean on inside and once i drove off they didnt seem to care about finding my key or finishing there part of the deal until i got ahold of the used sales manager who i didnt originally deal with since my car is new. The used manager named joe actually seemed concerned about getting my key ordered and wanted to make sure i was happy. I would deal with him but Ill most likely never buy a new car from there again. More
