I have been with VW for 27+ years. I have done all facets of the job on the sales side( sales, internet manager, used car manager, new car managerand General sales manager). I have been at Ganley Bedford Imports for 17 years. I love the VW product. My family has owned or leased 20 VW's. My favorite VW of all time is the GTI model!!!! I have been married 20 years to my wife. I have 2 daughters and a English Bulldog named Lola( AKA Grolo, Lolacababacakes, bad girl). I was a 4 year letter winner for Hiram College Soccer and a 1997 graduate of Hiram College. In my spare time: I love to be with my family, play soccer, run, watch and listen to music. Quick and painless I planned on buying a car in April 2020 and then a pandemic happens...despite that, I was able to find the make / model I wanted with the exact option I planned on buying a car in April 2020 and then a pandemic happens...despite that, I was able to find the make / model I wanted with the exact options through Joe. Through phone and email communication we got the financials set. I was coming in from Toledo and was only at the dealership for an hour, including test drive and trade-in inspection, before I was back on the road home. I'm not a fan of the car buying experience, generally, but this was a good experience. Thanks, Joe and Ganley! More

Dealing with Joe Walker was simply GREAT I worked with Joe Walker. He was pleasant and concise. He didn't waste our time, didn't try to sell me additional products. We did everything via ema I worked with Joe Walker. He was pleasant and concise. He didn't waste our time, didn't try to sell me additional products. We did everything via email within a few hours. He gave me a fair price for the new car and my trade-in. All paperwork was prepared in advance and I just had to spend half hour at the dealership. That's how every visit to a dealership should be. Awesome experience and very easy to work with! Joe Walker and Patrick Mace worked with me to get the best deal on a beautiful Tiguan! I had been to 6 other car dealers (2 Toyata, 2 Subaru, 1 Hond Joe Walker and Patrick Mace worked with me to get the best deal on a beautiful Tiguan!
