My name is Joe Weil, and I am a native of the Twin Cities, having grown up in St. Louis Park and attended St. Louis Park High School and the University of Minnesota (longer ago than I care to admit!). Rushed, orientation and incomplete and ombudsman gone. I felt the my overall needs in a vehicle were reviewed and addressed. They thought my mind was made up and just close rushed to close the deal. In retrospect I felt rushed and as I have driven the vehicle I have found there is more to operating vehicle than I think my initial orientation covered or I had real time to digest. Chris Conti was assigned as an ombudsman and was very helpful initially, however he is no longer with dealership and has not been replaced. My problems are android phone, auto connection. More
