No Pressure Sales I came to Bloomington Subaru because my husband bought his car there last year. My experience was outstanding! No question was left unanswered. I was truly impressed that Joe Weil, my salesman, sat down with me to learn about what I was looking for in the very first NEW car I would buy (and I am a senior citizen). He knew I was also test-driving other brands, and he was eager to hear my opinions on them. He never once pressured me into making a quick decision, and I really liked that approach. Good job, Joe! Friendly and accommodating! I had only a few hours off work to get a new lease figured out and Joe made it happen! I left that day with a new vehicle (AND returned my old one to I had only a few hours off work to get a new lease figured out and Joe made it happen! I left that day with a new vehicle (AND returned my old one to a different dealership) all within 4 hours. He even let me store the stuff that was in my old vehicle at his desk while I returned it to the other dealership (and then had already put it in my new car by the time I had returned!) What could have been a nightmare of a day proved to be minimally stressful and very productive. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience and am loving my new Subaru Crosstrek! More

Easily worked through many options My husband and I needed to get a new car when I got a new job and carpooling was no longer an option. We started the process with many questions: whic My husband and I needed to get a new car when I got a new job and carpooling was no longer an option. We started the process with many questions: which of us would get the new car, what car would we get, buying vs leasing, premium package vs base package, etc. Joe was friendly, informative and patient. He communicated his knowledge and understanding of vehicles/financing/our situation very well. He ran multiple scenarios for our budget so we could make an informed decision and weigh all the options against each other. In just a few hours we had all the information we needed to make a good decision for our household, and he won us over in asking what interior would best match our puppy baby. We'll definitely be going back to Joe in a few years to trade in our older car and are happy to refer our friends to him. More
