My initial inquiry via the Garavel website was answered promptly in a concise response, setting out next step options included test-drive time slot options. Showroom location and visibility made it easy to find, and the showroom itself is modern, and sparkling clean; lively with activity at 5:45 PM on a weekday evening. I was greeted cheerfully by Elena, who asked targeted questions in a brief interview to assemble a profile. Sales Consultant Darlene Miller arrived shortly after -- also cheerfully professional -- to determine my specific interests and to guide me through a most impressive test drive. Darlene introduced me to the modern technology, premium features, and warranty parameters of the 2018 Outback. Darlene later guided me confidently through the finance application, and closed the sale as an expert. I met Logan Hankins and Joe Wiatrzyk in the course of the session, and it was obvious they took pride in working at Garavel. Darlene was away on personal business the next day, and Joe handled the delivery in his own cheerful and thorough approach. Pleasant experience with a quick turnaround Other than a minor hiccup due to a scheduling issue the first time I showed up to look at the car, the overall experience of parting with thousands of Other than a minor hiccup due to a scheduling issue the first time I showed up to look at the car, the overall experience of parting with thousands of dollars for a late-model used car was stress free and a fairly pleasant one. All the staff involved were courteous and professional. In a country awash in automatics and CVTs, it was refreshing to find a very nice 6spd manual on-hand, and although the test drive was on the short side, without the ability to truly put the vehicle through its paces, it was adequate enough to get the measure of the car... after all I decided to purchase it. Overall, I'd recommend anyone to keep Garavel Subaru on their list of dealers to consider whenever a vehicle that meets their criteria shows up in stock; they also stand behind what the sell with a very good warranty that takes a fair bit of the worry of buying a used car... who knows, you may just come away with a new-ish ride without feeling fleeced in the process. More

We felt we got a fair price for our new car and Garavel handled all of the sales paperwork, insurance, and registration very quickly and efficiently.
