Joe Yun went above and beyond to get us the perfect car after discovering the car on the lot that we wanted was earmarked as a loaner and could not be sold. He personally went to another dealership to pick after discovering the car on the lot that we wanted was earmarked as a loaner and could not be sold. Worst sales staff I ever dealt with. Took 4 days to work a deal then when we said we would buy the tried to sell to someone else. When that person could not get financed they came back to us. Memorial Day weekend ruined…10:11 am, phone call with Memorial Day weekend ruined… 10:11 am, phone call with salesman, confirmed vehicle availability and scheduled test drive between 1 and 2 pm 10: Memorial Day weekend ruined… 10:11 am, phone call with salesman, confirmed vehicle availability and scheduled test drive between 1 and 2 pm 10:18 am, text message from salesman confirming the appt 11:20 am, rented vehicle and drove 2.5 hours to Brunswick 1:40 pm, arrived at dealership 1:45 pm, met with General Manager, he stated he gave the car to his Service Manager to use with his family over the holiday weekend I guess this is a great place to work, as they appear to be in the "Free Loaner Car to Every Employee" business, as opposed to the we like to sell cars to our customers business, especially customers with big cash down payments and pre-approved financing, who know exactly what they want, are willing to drive 2.5 hours to find it, and are ready to ink a deal that day More
