The car we drove to see was not described completely correct on Car Guru as it indicated it had more options than it actually did. Bigger issue was the remaining warranty was described incorrectly by the salesman and not until meeting with the finance person did we find out it was not nearly as extensive as he indicated. More

Dilemma solved! I arrived at Crestmont with a dilemma. I was at the end of my lease on a 2016 Sonata Sport and was unsure what would be the best direction to take - c I arrived at Crestmont with a dilemma. I was at the end of my lease on a 2016 Sonata Sport and was unsure what would be the best direction to take - car or small SUV. Back trouble was a factor to consider. Ken Faris and Joe Yun worked together to put the pieces together with consideration of budget and vehicle features and I feel like a winner! They could not have been more helpful in calming my fears as I have a personal situation with supporting my mother in her battle with Alzheimer’s and the monetary needs continue to increase. Needless to say, I was pretty nervous yet I always felt listened too. I was relieved that I didn’t end up in tears!
