While these may be "baby BMWs", the experience I had at Mini was in line with the experience I've had at BMW dealers in the past - which is high praise. The car itself (a 2013 Mini Cooper s hardtop) is fantastic as well and greatly exceeded my expectations for a car in this price range (sub $20k used). This won't be my last mini! More

She was very attentive and got me everything I asked for. I believe In a fair deal, and that's what I got. Overall very good experience, which is similar to the quality I get from their Service dept.
