Got a new clubman I have been visiting this dealership for a couple of years to have my mini serviced since moving to CT. I dropped my car off for service, saw the clubman in the showroom, then worked with Sales (specifically Barbara) to trade in my old convertible and lease a the new car. She was very attentive and got me everything I asked for. I believe In a fair deal, and that's what I got. Overall very good experience, which is similar to the quality I get from their Service dept. More

Lease to purchase. UPDATED 5/23/16 Leased a 2013 hardtop for 3 years and loved it. Service dept was great. Lease was over so I purchased a new 2016 Hard top 4 door from Barbara Reiniger and help from Joe Zappulla. Deal was made and everything went smooth all the way to paper signing and driving away! UPDATED: I removed the negative review that I had on here, because Barbara Reiniger my sale person worked her butt off from home on her own time to resolve the problem I was having with SiriusXM! It was not the fault of Barbara Reiniger, Joe Zappulla or the dealership Mini Of Fairfield! It was all SiriusXM mess up and there fault! Sorry to all involved! More

The best car buying experience ever. They simply worked with me and I drove off in my new car feeling good about everything.
