The person we dropped the car off to wanted to tell me I was wrong about the service I was asking for. Even though it clearly states what services are required in the manual. Then when they agreed to do the correct service they still did it wrong. Tire rotation was not done in accordance with the owners manual. I even asked about reprogramming the tmps for the 5th full size tire. Which they did NOT do! Two weeks later and nobody has done anything. More
