I came in for a regular maintenance and was surprised that it was cost over $500 dollars. I commented on it and was told that it was acts that much considering I don’t drive much and only need once a ye that it was cost over $500 dollars. I commented on it and was told that it was acts that much considering I don’t drive much and only need once a year maintenance. I had a discount coupon and showed it to the advisor and he wrote down the$80 discount on my estimate. I was expecting it would take 3-4 hours but it was done in record time at just an hour. When I picked it up my discount was not applied and I had to ask them to correct it. I’m not sure I will be back although I’ve been going to this service center since I purchased my car since 2017. I’m just not sure it’s worth the cost and my loyalty. More

I purposely choose Downtown Toyota for service even though I bought my 2022 Toyota at another dealership that is closer to home. The mechanics are excellent & the other employees are helpful & polite. though I bought my 2022 Toyota at another dealership that is closer to home. The mechanics are excellent & the other employees are helpful & polite. Plus Downtown Toyota is close to Piedmont Avenue, one of my favorite business districts in Oakland. The service is completed quickly & correctly & that keeps me coming back. I unconditionally recommend Downtown Toyota for service. More
