Joel was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and supportive. He took his time answering all my questions, thoroughly explained things, and guided me, without pressure, to the right car patient, and supportive. He took his time answering all my questions, thoroughly explained things, and guided me, without pressure, to the right car to fit all my needs, e.g., finances, ergonomics, etc. Even on his day off, Joel took time to answer my questions, and actually came into the office to accommodate my schedule. He is ALWAYS professional, patient, sincere, and caring, he is a very positive asset/gem for BMW of Bridgewater!! I highly recommend seeking him out if you're interested in purchasing a BMW...you will be in really good, kind, capable hands working with him, and he will help you find the car that's right for you!!
