I needed to lease a fleet of vehicles for our company. I visited all of the same class of dealers in the N.W. suburbs of Chicago. I stopped in at Infinity of Hoffman Estates and met with Joel. He made me feel like a customer, treated me with respect, didn't talk down to me, didn't try to hard sell me. He talked business, he talked features, he demonstrated the various vehicles, he made suggestions based on our criteria, he listened to my needs and ultimately, sold me on doing business with Infinity of Hoffman Estates. Mike Smalley was also a very important part of this transaction. He and Joel worked with me to get the proper leasing, to find the specific cars I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer.
