I went in very leary about dealing with a "car salesman", but I was pleasantly surprised. They put me at ease, and I didn't fell pressured by them. Everything was super easy, they gave me a lot for my trade, a steal for the price of the car, and very low financing. The final paperwork took too long, but that was not Joel's fault. I did have a bad dealing at this dealership in June, but the General Manager and Joel made sure this did not happen again. The person that was not helpful is no longer at that dealership. This is the 8th vehicle my family has purchased there. I always go there first when looking at trading in and/or buying a new vehicle. Initial interaction with old, crusty salesman led me to other dealers. Upon my return, I worked with Joel. He was great, got me into the vehicle I wanted and LISTENED to me. I was surprised though, after spending 30k and buying a truck with a 26 gallon tank, Colorado Springs Dodge generously put a whopping $10 in the tank! Wow, quickly put a sour taste in my mouth after such a good experience up until then. Overall, it was a positive experience and I strongly suggest you go see Joel. More

I had been trying to sell my truck for about a month and got frustrated and impatient and decided to just trade it in. I new what I wanted so last Saturday, I was reading the used car adds in the paper and got frustrated and impatient and decided to just trade it in. I new what I wanted so last Saturday, I was reading the used car adds in the paper and COS Dodge had several of them on their lot. I have been taking my truck to them for service for a couple of years and was very impressed with their service department. So I called them and asked for the best salesman they had and Joel answered the call. He was very friendly and knowledgeable (and by the way, he still is) so I went down there that afternoon. I told him what I was looking for and we test drove three vehicles that I was interested in. I found exactly what I was looking for and drove it home to show my wife. She agreed that this particular vehicle would be a great addition to our garage (and it would fit in the garage, unlike the truck) so we went back to the dealership and by then they had already worked up the numbers for the trade and for the new (to me) purchase. I asked if the deal they were offering was the best they could do for me and Joel asked me what I thought was fair and I said take another $500 off and BOOM! It was a done deal! I felt like we were treated well and was happy with the deal so ZIP! we were off to the finance department where we met Scott Denham who BANG! took care of the paper work like the professional that he is (and friendy too) and just like that, I was driving home in my new (to me) SUV. It was a great experience. I have read a lot of these reviews that other folks have written and most of them are real high ratings. There are a few not so good but hey, mistakes happen, people get grumpy and some people are never satisfied. I would recommend COS Dodge and Joel to anybody asking my opinion. More

My wife and I initially worked with Joel just about a month ago. He was VERY friendly and helpful. We called him back just the other day since we were ready to buy. We worked via the phone for the first several hours, as he searched for the cars and helped in the process. When we went to the dealership later that night, we discovered that Joel was on vacation the entire time, in California, and was still working to earn our business!!! We were VERY impressed with that service. I wouldn't have expected someone to work THAT hard for our business. He was on VACATION, he was supposed to be enjoying himself. But we were very impressed for that type of dedication. He was working with Joe and BC at the dealership at the same time, whom we were referred to once we arrived. They were extremely helpful and was able to find us a GREAT car. I would strongly suggest, anyone looking for a Dodge, to head to Colorado Springs Dodge. More

Several says after the purchase I had a problem with the truck and talked with Paul. He looked at the truck and immediately took care of the problem.When I brought the truck in for the 'We Owe' items I dealt with Rusty, he answered my questions and found out what would work for me to get the items taken care of. Overall a great experience, thank you! More
