Coming from a big company, we have a lot of trucks. The service department absolutely gouges their customers. $600 to replace fuel filters, $250 to replace 1 air filter & 1 cabin filter, $75 to rotate tires, $265 for an oil change, $205 to change differentia $600 to replace fuel filters, $250 to replace 1 air filter & 1 cabin filter, $75 to rotate tires, $265 for an oil change, $205 to change differential fluid. I feel sorry for the employees that have to face their customers after being ripped off by this predatory dealership. I will never step foot in that building again. Could be better organized and better staffed for maintenance. The initial lady who checked me in could not understand English and got my scheduled service wrong. I dropped it off for them to correct my oil drip from the drain plug AFTER they had changed my oil. It ended up costing me about $360 to have them fix the drain plug leak which I felt should have been covere drain plug AFTER they had changed my oil.
