I dropped it off for them to correct my oil drip from the drain plug AFTER they had changed my oil. It ended up costing me about $360 to have them fix the drain plug leak which I felt should have been covere drain plug AFTER they had changed my oil. I just moved to COS and brought my RAM in for an oil change and tire rotation. They had the truck for three days. The service advisor told me he didn’t know when they would get to it. Then he wouldn’t change and tire rotation. They had the truck for three days. The service advisor told me he didn’t know when they would get to it. Then he wouldn’t return my calls. I finally went in and got it back without it being serviced. I complained to the general sales manager. He said he would have the service director call me to correct the situation. I never received a call and still need my truck serviced. I know I’ll never buy a vehicle from AutoNation Colorado Springs because I have zero confidence they will provide service for it. More
