I was there to trade in my 2018 Dodge Journey it has 20,000 miles on it but they would not even ask if I had money to put down on new car they just kicked me out of the dealer ship. Service Department has gone downhill and it seems to be getting worse. I went in for an oil change and was third in line. Well my oil change took over two and a half hours to complete and I think it would getting worse. I went in for an oil change and was third in line. Well my oil change took over two and a half hours to complete and I think it would of taken longer if I didn't ask about it. We are more worried about our cell phones and personnel calls than helping the customer. I think I will be going elsewhere for my oil changes. This use to be a great place now I can say it is one of the worst places. More

I’ve bought two brand new dodge Durangos from this dealership. Never had an issue. With that said, yesterday I had my wife take the Durango to get an oil change while I was at work and they told her t dealership. Never had an issue. With that said, yesterday I had my wife take the Durango to get an oil change while I was at work and they told her that our engine filter needed replaced for $65. She declined. When I got home I checked it and it was completely fine. Bought our 2022 Durango brand new and it has 6,200 miles on it. They tried to get her for an extra $65 real quick and I don’t feel that’s an honest way to go. The engine and cabin filter were both clean. They were just hoping she’d say yes and spend $65 while getting an oil change. More
