Getting a Subaru Crosstrek from Novak and dealing with Joel Lambert and his colleagues was a very, very pleasent experience. Joel was first-rate from the first phone call. I LOVE this dealership! My fiancé had been telling me about it for four years and looking for deals constantly! Well, it was time to replace my car and we came here and could not be happier!! It has ALL the bells and whistles such as leather interior, moon roof, navigation system, auto start, etc! I love driving my car! It only has 12k miles on it! It’s basically a BRAND NEW at a great cost! I highly recommend Joel, Jeff and Howard. They were very helpful to me. After I purchased the vehicle, I had a minor issue with it, brought it right back and was good as new in a little bit. I've been to a few dealerships where trying to come to an agreement is a battle. Not so here. Joel Lambert was great. No high pressure at all. Once I decided the vehicle was the one I wanted I made him a reasonable offer and in just a few minutes we made the deal. Getting all the paperwork done after was a breeze as well. As an added bonus they give a great powertrain warranty at no extra cost. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
