They did try! I recently bought a Kia Sorrento. Unfortunately, my sense of smell is terrible. I realized after having the car for a week or so, the SUV wreaked of I recently bought a Kia Sorrento. Unfortunately, my sense of smell is terrible. I realized after having the car for a week or so, the SUV wreaked of smoke. My entire garage smelled when I left the windows on the vehicle open. Novak’s did try and fix it. They detailed the car and had someone come in to try and eliminate the smell. While it is better than it was, my SUV still smells. I only drive it when I absolutely have to. I do not believe it is Novak’s fault but needless to say I am very sorry I bought this vehicle. More

We had passed the dealership many times, but never had stopped in. We were interested in a certain vehicle we had seen online. Joel took us right to that vehicle and we were impressed not only with the info he provided, but with the condition of the vehicle itself. And as we looked around the lot, all the vehicles, although used, looked brand new. Joel is a great salesman, very personable, not pushy, and we liked that. They sell only quality used vehicles with clean carfaxes. Less than a week later we are back picking up our new used vehicle. Today we met their finance guy, last name Cramer, who also impressed us with his knowledge and professionalism. General manager, Howard Kletter, completes the package deal, very personable and goes above and beyond to please. We recommend Novak Motors if you are looking for a quality vehicle, low mileage, clean carfax. More
