I never felt any pressure to accept a deal and I was given time to evaluate my options. Thanks to Joel, Howard, and Jeff for working with me through the process. One other great thing about Novak Motors is their service after the sale. Other dealerships plainly state their cars are sold "mechanically and cosmetically as is" so I wasn't sure what to expect when I noticed a minor maintenance issue the day after I took delivery. Howard took a ride with me to confirm the problem and he made sure it was fixed promptly the next day free of charge. Novak Motors genuinely wants their customers to be happy with their purchase. Joel has followed up regularly to see how I'm doing and to check on the car. Novak Motors offers competitive pricing on very clean low mileage cars and SUVs that include two years of maintenance and a limited lifetime powertrain warranty. That kind of value is tough to beat. We were approached by Joel who was friendly, informative, professional, and polite. We explained to Joel that our vehicle at the time was involved in an accident and we were awaiting the outcome of an accident report before moving forward with purchasing a new vehicle. Joel was empathetic and completely understanding of our situation. In fact, he didn't pressure us at all into purchasing a vehicle. We decided to test drive the vehicle and shortly after driving the vehicle we decided to put down a deposit. Joel was great to work with and very patient as we worked through some challenges with our insurance claim. Every bit of our experience was seamless, hassle free, and smooth. Asked that the price be lowered to where we were comfortable with which was lower than Carfax value and then asked that the tires be replaced. No problem sure we will replace them and vehicle price remained what we asked for no dealer tactic that’s gonna cost you. When we picked up the vehicle found 4 brand new nice Continentals on the vehicle. No cheap brand was blow away by that. Vehicle looked brand new!!! Easy, friendly, full tank of gas and off we went!!
