Joel is very nice, not pushy, and helpful. The dealership was a bit sketchy playing the finance game. I had called Chase prior and got an interest rate quoted. I asked for my interest rate, and they wouldn't commit to a number; they kept circling back asking what did I wanted my payment to be. So then I get stuck with a bank that I have to make 6 payments with, ten I will get a lower rate elsewhere. Over al they are an ok dealer. More
