This is my second Kia that I’ve purchased there my 2016. Soul was awesome. I loved it. I traded it in for the GT Line K4 for my granddaughter‘s first new car. Everyone was wonderful JP sweet as can be and Mike the finance guy like I refer to him, and I also had the pleasure of dealing with Frank. He helped me figure out some of the buttons on the car. I love Kia of Port Charlotte they treat you so nice and fair. When Brianna takes over her lease or keeps her K4 in three years, I’m coming back from my new car so I’ll see y’all again. Well after I was there allllll day for hours and hours and they keep playing around what’s the numbers and trying to get me to sign paperwork with the wrong numbers on it trying to get me to pay more for and they keep playing around what’s the numbers and trying to get me to sign paperwork with the wrong numbers on it trying to get me to pay more for a car than what they agreed on was absurd just kept sticking numbers in the paper work,glad I read everything and watched out for that to happen other than that Joel and Aden are nice and I like talking to them More

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I went in knowing exactly which car I wanted yet was still at the dealership for 6 hours before finally driving the car off the lot. I worked with Joel, who was friendly, but his manager and I agreed on a 72 month instead of 64 because that would keep the monthly payments within my budget. By the time I got all the paperwork signed with finance and going around and around about a warranty that I repeatedly said ‘no’ to until they brought the basic package down to about $15 a month, I walked out with a splitting headache. The customer service AFTER they have your money is nonexistent. They have never responded to my email about getting the tire light manually turned off after I was reassured that it would be taken care of before I drove it off the lot. Even with knowing I had to drive this car over 1000 miles back to Ohio. Thankfully, the tires are fine and it really was just the sensor, but no thanks to them. I was told I would probably have to have a second 30 day tag for the car while things got sorted between Florida and Ohio yet Robert, the finance manager, has yet to return any of the phone calls or voicemails I have left him. The Vin verification form I was given when I bought the car was completed in Florida and sent to Robert the following week, yet I still received a phone call last week from a lady and a different office telling me they would need that form to complete all of the paperwork for the car. I let her know that I had sent it to Robert the week prior, however when I talk to her again this week she had not been able to contact him by phone or email, either. So despite doing everything that I needed to do, she had to overnight me a prepaid envelope for me to send her the Vin verification that I had to complete a second time due to the lack of customer service on their end. While these minor things are somewhat annoying, the icing on the cake has been that upon making my first payment, I realize that the loan was put in for 84 months, not the 72 that was agreed upon. This is also how it appears on the documents I was given on a flash drive. At NO point in time was it ever stated that the loan amount went from 72 to 84 months. Only the monthly payment amount was discussed after getting to finance. I was never informed at any point in the discussion that the number of monthly payments had increased. This is about as dishonest as it gets. More

So then I get stuck with a bank that I have to make 6 payments with, ten I will get a lower rate elsewhere. Over al they are an ok dealer. More
