Every time I bring my car in for an issue, it's almost $1000. The last 2 times I got home to find the same issue occurring despite being assured they found and fixed it...for $1000. This last time the ser $1000. The last 2 times I got home to find the same issue occurring despite being assured they found and fixed it...for $1000. This last time the service tech never even bothered to call me back when I called, not once but twice, to check on the status of my car since it was to be ready that day. On the 3rd day, I got in touch with the cashier who told me my car had been ready the day before. I paid almost $1000 and got home to...can you guess? Yes, the same issue and sound was there. The last time they "fixed" it it was almost $1000, and the problem wasn't fixed. They tried to say it was a completely different issue but my husband stepped in and took over. They decided the part they replaced was defective and changed it. How can I rely on my dealership when they won't keep in touch, keep me informed about my car repairs, and then charge me an arm and a leg but end up not fixing the issue??? More
