I went to Landrover Princeton as part of my search for the best price for the Range Rover Evoque. I was kindly greeted by Mr. Joel Mironov. He was friendly and knowledgeable. What struck me the most was h the best price for the Range Rover Evoque. I was kindly greeted by Mr. Joel Mironov. He was friendly and knowledgeable. What struck me the most was his laid back non-persuasive approach. I never felt any sense of "you must buy from us and you must sign now" in his presentation style. I test drove the Evoque and was impressed by its capabilities and advanced technological hardwares. Joel took his time in explaining to me all my concerns. He was clear, concise and best of all, non-confrontational. I feel I received a better than fair price in both the Evoque and my trade in. I eventually made my decision to purchase my vehicle from Land Rover Princeton. I highly recommend this dealership. The staff, especially Joel Mironov, made my experience in purchasing a vehicle a pleasant, non-stressful experience. More

The entire team at Princeton Land Rover was a pleasure to deal with. The team in my case was led by Joel Mironov (salesman), and Joel was professional, knowledgable and patient. I bought a used Land Rover here, and there is a price differnce compared to a brand-new Rover however, if you watched all the interactions at the dealership you wouldn't have known if we were buying a 100K car or a 20K car. Joel made my wife and I feel like the priority while in the dealership. He worked to negotiate a deal that we couldn't walk away from. Joel is warm and friendly but is serious getting you what you want and need. James and Michael were also very professional and treated us with great respect, we had a lesser interaction with them (mostly the paperwork), however that high level of customer service was staple at this dealership. If you visit this dealership, you should seek out Joel and his team, you will get a solid deal on a vehicle, and walk away feeling great about it. If I had one piece of feedback for the dealer, it would be to decrease some of the waiting times. While negotiating the price and on delivery day, I felt the wait time was a bit too long at times. Just my opinion. Even with that, this has still been the best luxury car buying experience I have had to date (have owned MB, BMW and Porsche). I will buy another car here when needed, no doubt.
